At Suit Gold Style Shop, we take as much pride in our customer service as we do in crafting our premium menswear. Should any garment not meet your exacting standards, our returns policy has been tailored to provide a seamless resolution.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receipt, provided items meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact (our signature garment bags for suits and shirt boxes for dress shirts)
- A copy of the original invoice must be included
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following made-to-measure items:
- Custom-fitted Boys Suits & Tuxedos
- Personalized French Cuff Shirts with monogramming
- Special occasion wear including Sequin and Prom items
Returns Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our Style Advisors at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within the 15-day window.
- Prepare Your Package: Carefully repack items in original packaging. For suits and tuxedos, use the provided garment bag to prevent creasing.

Exchange Process
For size exchanges on our Modern Fit or Banded Collar Shirts:
- Follow the returns process above, clearly stating your desired replacement size
- We’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days of receiving your return
- Standard shipping rates apply for the replacement item
Refund Timeline & Methods
Upon receipt and inspection of returned items:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Should you receive a damaged item or incorrect product (such as a Mandarin Collar shirt instead of the Dress Shirt ordered):

- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
- We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
