Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Denver atelier. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders like Prom or Job Hunting attire
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Ideal for Linen collections or Church wear that isn’t urgently needed
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Duties and taxes may apply for international shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of delivery when items meet these conditions:

  • Unworn, unaltered with all original tags attached
  • Original packaging intact (garment bags for suits, boxes for Dress Shirts)
  • Include original invoice copy

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization:

  • Custom-fitted Boys Suits & Tuxedos
  • Personalized French Cuff Shirts with monogramming
  • Special occasion wear including Sequin and Prom items

Returns Process

  1. Initiate Return: Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos if damaged/incorrect (e.g., received Mandarin Collar instead of ordered item)
  2. Prepare Package: Repack carefully in original packaging. For Modern Fit suits, use provided garment bag.
  3. Ship Return: Send to:

Exchange Process

For size exchanges on Banded Collar Shirts or other ready-to-wear items:

  1. Follow standard returns process
  2. Clearly state desired replacement size
  3. New item ships within 1-2 business days of receiving return

Refund Details

  • Processed within 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Credited to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Appears in account within 7-10 business days
  • Original shipping fees non-refundable
